Francesca’s relationship with Āyurveda consists of over 15 years of dedicated study, more than 500 hours of formal training, and countless hours of deeply personal, lived practice. She has witnessed firsthand—and through her work with others—the profound transformation that comes from living in alignment with Āyurveda, an ancient and living tradition designed to support holistic health. She has studied both in the United States and in India, including intensive month-long Panchakarma treatments in Kerala, a region renowned for its Ayurvedic lineage. A lifelong student, Francesca shares this wisdom as an accessible entry point for those curious about what Āyurveda is and how it can benefit you by welcoming simple shifts into your everyday life.
