SKATE SOMATICS has emerged as a result of decades long yoga and meditation practice and teaching alongside 15 years of teaching roller skating in rinks, outside, and in private settings locally and around the world.
SKATE SOMATICS is for the skater who wants to approach their skate practice in a unique, holistic, and therapeutic way. Learning a new skill is a wonderful opportunity to weave in other skills such as mindfulness, curiosity, and goal setting.
